A very clean well run hotel with very helpful staff. I have stayed in about 5 hotels in Menton and this is one of the best. Excellent value for money.

One very minor point is that it would be nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Our room was not only neat, but also brand-new with Intl TV channels, a lovely view and balcony. The location was convenient and best possible for us - not far from restaurants and bars...

I could enjoy the beautiful seaside view all day long at a very reasonable price. Especially, the views in the morning and in the evening were priceless. The hotel staffs were kind, friendly, and full of hospitality. The room was clean and spacious. I could find a very good boulangerie and a nice Asian restaurant near the hotel. Besides, a rental bike shop! I couldn't expect any more. 100% satisfaction!

phone did not work for about 3 days after reporting..some noise in room from road.windows not doubleglazed,very bad.think hotel was built in sixties.fortunately our room was in 5 th floor.

This place was nice and pretty clean, offering lovely sea views. It's convenient as it's close to parades and other activities. 🌊 it's just a short distance away from the airport.

Very friendly staff, good knowledge of different languages. The rooms where clean, the breakfast catered for both continental and international.

The gym needs upgrading, there should be allowances for smoking rooms.

The cooked breakfasts were not hot enough - this needs to be addressed. The bedroom though clean was ready for decorating.

This place is conveniently located close to Promenade du Soleil, with a restaurant just 400 meters away.

truly enjoyed how well-equipped and extremely convenient the property was and its dedicated staff on the reception desk. the location down the road from the casino was unbeatable for us. and it was also adjacent to the square closest to the sea on the left hand side of the square from the bottom looked great, marvellous menton and the main center of menton.

the staff was very helpful, and when they found out about our travel plans, told us about a train strike in Italy so that we were able to avoid getting stranded there. it's also very nice to get breakfast in the room, which is too rare in France.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for us, as it was very close to the beach and had a lot of nearby restaurants. The hotel facilities were modern and clean, with great views of the sea. We also appreciated the hotel parking, as we had a car and needed a place to park. Additionally, we found the hotel staff to be friendly and helpful. Lastly, the transportation was very convenient, especially since we were able to catch a bus nearby to other places we wanted to visit.

there was a problem with balcony doors which meant you could easily get locked out on balcony! This problem existed in a number of rooms.

excelent location oin the town and actually right on the beach, very friendly staff at the lobby, possibility to have a car in undergroung garrage for reasonable place. Great jaccuzy in the roof, also adequate fitness room for excersiaze, also on the roof.

Very noisy street beyond the hotrl, do not take a room not facing the see.
